The need of a green automated build and automated testing is highly important.
Please keep it green all the time for better TDD and BBD.
If one went down or red once. Work hard to bring it back to a green build.

Issue #3194401: Switched to CircleCI as the default automated testing platform and have the Circle Ci passing green build image green build as the default status in Drupal.org and Github.com status of code.
